Stockport Homes Group is a Living Wage employer and this includes our Apprenticeship programme and Graduate scheme. Both programmes provide an opportunity for the creation of significant social value, giving individuals who may be out of work or full-time education, the prospect of developing long-term, sustainable careers in the housing sector.

Our Graduate programmes have been created to align further study and workplace learning to operational role responsibilities.

Graduates work through their bespoke framework, which is also directly linked to incremental pay progression.

Graduate positions are provided in areas of specific strategic importance or growth to ensure that individuals have the opportunity to stretch themselves whilst contributing to significant organisational objectives.
