Operatives - Maintenance

The Vacancy
OPEN EVENING - 12TH OCTOBER
We currently have a number of opportunities within our innovative construction and trading business, Three Sixty Ltd. We are looking for maintenance operatives to join us to provide comprehensive joinery, plumbing, gas servicing and plastering services.
An Open Evening will be held for anyone interested in applying for one of these positions. This Open Evening will be an opportunity to have an informal chat about the roles and the company. The Open Evening will be held on 12th October 2021 between 5 – 8pm at Stockport Homes, Cornerstone, 2 Edward Street, SK1 3NQ.

The vacancies we have are:
Plumber
Salary: Between £28,136 and £30,847
You will undertake all aspects of mechanical and plumbing installations, including repairs relevant to domestic and commercial properties. All works will be undertaken to the highest quality and standards in accordance with work requested and pre-determined specifications to a wide range of fixtures and fittings.
Gas Service/Breakdown Engineers
Salary: Between £28,279 and £32,404
You will carry out annual service and responsive/reactive repairs to domestic gas appliances which are predominantly combination boilers. You will utilise the most up to date technologies and full training on renewable products will be provided. You need to hold current ACS domestic qualifications. New entrants to the gas industry are welcome.
Joiners
Salary: Between £26,655 and £30,847
You will undertake all aspects of joinery installations and repairs, relevant to domestic and commercial properties, all to the highest quality and standard in accordance with work requests and pre-determined specifications to a wide range of fixtures and fittings.
Plasterer/Renderer (Temporary for 12 months)
Salary: Between £26,363 and £30,159
You will carry out tasks related to the role of a Plasterer/Renderer; including but not limited to the preparation of surfaces, boarding, skimming, dot and dabbing and application of external render system build ups as necessary
Candidates for these opportunities must have the ability to manage job workloads and achieve targets, work on their own initiative and have undertaken a recognised apprenticeship. With a good understanding of Health and Safety, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work from ladders and scaffolding, and in confined spaces. A full UK driving licence is also required for all roles.
