Domestic Gas/Renewable Energy Heating Installation Engineer
Our maintenance arm is growing with a pipeline of projects. We build, refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Gas Team and have an opportunity available for two additional Domestic Gas/ Renewable Energy Installation Heating Engineers to join our team.
Joining Three Sixty as a Heating Engineer you will undertake Central Heating and Domestic Hot Water works to domestic properties, carrying out gas boiler replacement works, replacement radiators, Radiator valves with some full system replacements, all to Client specifications & customer standards, whilst upholding safety guidelines and complying with current codes and regulations, in-line with Manufacturer’s instructions, Gas Safe / Building Regulations etc.
Company uniform, tablet, phone, power tools and testing equipment will be provided to fulfil this role.
You will liaise with both clients and customers, you will undertake pre-surveyed jobs working to a daily diarised appointment system, whilst adhering to relevant Health and Safety legislation.
You will identify and correct non-confirming installations and deficiencies when materials or products do not meet the required specifications, coupled with designing gas installation upgrades to meet current standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold the latest Edition of the Gas ACS qualifications which are essential for this role, including as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
Ideal candidates will have experience of installing, repairing and servicing domestic gas appliances located within domestic properties. A good knowledge of a range of gas appliances including boilers and fires and the ability to achieve a high first-time fix rate is required.
With excellent customer service skills, representing Three Sixty, you will hold good Health and Safety knowledge, with excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential as a company vehicle will be provided.
