Here at Stockport Homes Group we are passionate about delivering excellent services for customers. We are innovative and entrepreneurial, recognised nationally as a great employer and look for people with a passion for what they do, who can demonstrate great judgement, innovation and successful outcomes. We recognise talent and develop individuals to be the best that they can be.

Reporting to the Corporate Projects Manager, the Business Transformation Partner will enable the effective delivery of our Group business transformation projects, including projects within our exciting digital transformation programme.

Leading and delivering a variety of projects, you will liaise with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers and highlight and escalate any issues as appropriate; providing an effective contact point between the business leads and other teams as well as outside consultants and organisations.

A key aspect of this role is supporting how change is delivered by providing coaching for users on project/change management techniques that can help to ensure successful outcomes in projects.

With previous experience in a similar role, and ideally an appropriate Project Management qualification, you will have an understanding of project management approaches and have the ability to apply this knowledge. A confident communicator, you must be able to build and maintain trust with colleagues, managers, consultants and stakeholders at all levels.

Capable of maintaining a high level of attention to detail whilst working under pressure and working to agreed standards and deadlines, you will be a proactive individual who seeks out information to enable problem solving and decision making.

Knowledge and experience of working on digital projects is desirable but not essential.
