This newly created role will support the exciting and ambitious growth plans of Stockport Homes Group’s several companies and brands but primarily working on the construction and property management company, Three Sixty.
Working at the heart of Stockport Homes Group, as our Commercial Marketing & Content Executive you will support the opportunities to raise the profile of Three Sixty and the Group and use marketing to assist with growth and improving reputation. As an all-rounder marketer you will work closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager to provide 360-degree commercial marketing output. This role will also have the exciting opportunity to work on marketing projects for external partner organisations and a large part of this role will be focussed on the creation of digital content from blogs and social media to the creation of whitepapers and webinars.
We’re looking for someone who has an innovative outlook to marketing and communications, that has a great understanding of digital marketing and how people digest content via different digital channels. Most importantly you will work well within a team, take responsibility for tasks and complete them to an excellent standard and be a great communicator who can multitask on projects across several different companies and brands.
Due to the nature of the role you must be willing to occasionally travel to on-site locations to capture content. If the role holder does not have access to a car, these occasional journeys will need to be taken on public transport.
